Welcome to Nucare Diagnostics (KOLKATA HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). By accessing our website and utilizing our diagnostic and pathology services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any tests.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website and the reports generated by Nucare Daignostics are for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

  • Our reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified healthcare provider regarding a medical condition.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of results from a diagnostic test.

2. Booking and Test Preparations

To ensure accurate test results, patients must adhere to specific preparations:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete patient information (Age, Gender, Mobile, Email) during checkout.
  • Certain tests (like Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile) require 8-12 hours of fasting. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines before sample collection.
  • For home collections, our phlebotomist reserves the right to refuse sample collection if the environment is unsafe or if patient details do not match.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Online Payments: Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.
  • Cash on Collection: Payment must be made in full to the phlebotomist at the time of sample collection.
  • A convenience fee may be applied to Home Collection bookings based on your PIN code. This fee is non-refundable once the phlebotomist is dispatched.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the sample is collected by contacting our support team.
  • If a booking paid online is cancelled prior to sample collection, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • No refunds are applicable once the sample has been collected and processing has begun at our laboratory.

5. Report Delivery

We strive to deliver reports within the standard Turn Around Time (TAT) specified for each test (usually 24-48 hours). However, delays may occur due to technical issues, re-testing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Reports will be made available digitally via our "Track Order" portal. Hard copies can be collected from our center.
